VanceInfo University was built to help VanceInfo meet its goals of building a top quality workforce. It is not only committed to providing a high-quality source of trainees and interns from various universities and colleges to various departments within VanceInfo, but also provides high-quality training services to students and recent graduates. VanceInfo University has expanded it presence to the various cities where VanceInfo branch offices are located, including Beijing, Shanghai, Wuhan, Xi'an, Dalian, and Tianjin.
 
Campus Hiring
VanceInfo is the company of choice for undergraduates and graduates from major academic and engineering institutions in China. Finding and attracting the best students to join VanceInfo is a top priority for us. Our recruiting teams, including recruiters and project managers, regularly visit various institutions and share information about the company, the type of people we hire, and the very latest in technology trends. In addition, to complement our recruiting efforts, we also sponsor technology-related contests and events at top schools.
 
After being administered a written test and participating in face-to-face interview by our recruiting team, a candidate will be evaluated based on his/her academic background, project experience, and areas of interests. If the candidate passes both the written test and the interview, he/she will be chosen as a trainee to enter the VanceInfo Internship Program.

The VanceInfo Internship Program (VIP)
VIP is the VanceInfo Internship Program for Bachelor, Master, and PhD students from top academic or engineering institutions all over the world. Its aim is to gather talented students from premier schools, and provide those students with a working knowledge of the company while developing their professional skills in terms of technical expertise, management know-how, and language proficiency. The goal is to enable interns to become outstanding IT professionals at VanceInfo.
 
Once a student passes campus recruiting tests and interviews, he/she will become a VanceInfo trainee, and will attend a series of training courses conducted over a one to three-month period. In order to provide the best professional training available to its students, VanceInfo University has built a complete training system by leveraging its rich training channels and high-quality internal instructor resources in the following areas:
  • Technology-Related Curriculum
  • Management-Related Curriculum
  • Language-Related Curriculum
  • Soft-Skill-Related Curriculum
At the end of the training period, all trainees will be evaluated by HR recruiters. If a trainee passes the evaluation, he/she will become an intern, and will join a business group within VanceInfo to work on high-quality, customer-facing projects. Due to the high selectivity of participating students, as well as the quality of education offered, it is often the case that students entering this rigorous training program discover their untapped potential that helps them to "achieve the impossible" during their internship period.
